The property will be held on receipt of the deposit which will be 25% of the booking cost. If the booking is made less than six weeks before your holiday date the full amount is due.

Upon receipt of the deposit a confirmation letter and Balance Payment Form will be sent to you. When paying the balance on or before the date requested please return the Balance Payment Form with your remittance. This will be receipted and returned to you with all necessary holiday information.

 
The weekly terms include electricity, heating and linen (excluding towels).
