Our aim is simple...

We just want to delight you with the apartment and its location, so you can really enjoy your hard earned break.

To do this:-

1. We arrange for our friendy housekeeper to meet you on arrival.
2. We try and spoil you with a really luxuriously equipped apartment.
3. The apartment is in an idyllic location*.
4. We provide you with maps and other information to take advantage of Rye and the surroundings.

We are sure you will enjoy you stay, but after your break, we do write just to make sure.

* The Inspector from the Holiday Tourist Board commented that - "It is within a few minutes walk of the town centre for all amenities and there are exceptional views over the river and marsh"
